Magyarország, 2025 szeptember. A kormány betiltja és üldözendővé nyilvánítja az antifasizmust.

A lépés amennyire felháborító, annyira logikus is a rezsim másfél évtizedes történetének ismeretében. Orbán autoriter kormányzása törvényszerűen vezetett az antifasizmus üldözéséhez, azaz a fasizmus deklarálásához.

Mi vezetett az antifasizmus-ellenes – tehát fasiszta – rendelethez?

-A fasizmus alapvető funkciója a válságmenedzselés, a kapitalizmus strukturális válságainak kezelése. A fasiszta rendszer nyílt terrorral, a munkásosztály szervezeteinek felszámolásával, háborúk kirobbantásával, a fasiszta ideológiák megosztó erejével oldja meg a csökkenő profitráta jelentette problémát. A 21. században világszerte előkerült a múlt század első felében alkalmazott fasiszta modell.

-Az Orbán-rezsim tartalékai kimerülőben, hatalma megroppanni látszik. A Budapest Pride sikertelen betiltása megmutatta, hogy már nincs valódi erejük. Vesztüket, a felhalmozott vagyon vesztét érezve egyre durvább eszközökhöz nyúlnak. A fasizálódó rendszer már nem is titkolja valódi természetét.

-A kiéleződő hatalmi harcban Orbán igyekszik saját maga mögé állítani a többszázezres fasiszta szavazótábort, melynek nagyra duzzasztása egyébként jelentős mértékben az ő érdeme. A társadalmi szolidaritás gyengítése, az idegengyűlölet és az előítéletes gondolkodás terjesztése, a diktatúra elfogadása a másfélévtizedes állami propaganda célja.

-Orbán önmagát megalázóan dörgölődzik minden diktátorhoz, nagyon lelkesen tud nyalizni, ezt sokszor bemutatta már. Az USA-elnöke, bár ezzel nincs tisztában, de Orbánhoz hasonlóan a fasizmus felé tereli országát. Trump nem tudja mi az a fasizmus és mi az antifasizmus, de ösztönösen érzi, hogy az antifasizmus az útjában áll, ezért próbálja kriminalizálni. Orbán pedig követve a mintát így akar Trumpnál újabb jó pontokat szerezni.

Az antifasizmus-ellenes kormányrendelet jogi szempontból értelmezhetetlen, nem létező csoportokat nevez meg. „Antifasiszta csoportosulás” valóban van, világszerte rengeteg, bár pont Magyarországon nincs egy sem. Ezért a rendelkezésnek kiterjesztő hatályúnak kell lennie, vagyis gyakorlatilag minden politikai csoport, szervezet, párt, amely nem fasiszta, antifasisztának minősíthető. A rendeletben nevesített „hammerbande” szintén nem létezik, ez csak egy gúnynév. A német állam által kreált „bűnszervezet” keretében próbálnak minél súlyosabb ítéletet kiszabni néhány fiatalra, akik, többnyire nem is bizonyítható módon, megvertek néhány nácit. A testi sértésre vannak büntetőjogi kategóriák – de az a hatalom számára kevés, mert ha tárgyszerűek lennének, akkor nem lehetne a társadalmat ijesztgetni az antifasisztákkal.

Az antifasizmus-ellenes – tehát fasiszta – rendelet nem csupán azért született, hogy a nácikat védje, hanem azért, hogy az egész társadalmat fenyegesse. Aki nem akar fasizmust, azt az Orbán-rezsim ellenségnek tekinti és üldözni rendeli.

A mostani helyzetben az eddiginél is nagyobb szükség van az antifasizmusra!

Hungary, September 2025. The government bans and declares anti-fascism a crime.

The move is as outrageous as it is logical given the regime’s decade and a half history. Orbán’s authoritarian rule has naturally led to the persecution of anti-fascism, i.e. the declaration of fascism.

What led to the anti-anti-fascist – and therefore fascist – decree?

-The fundamental function of fascism is crisis management, the treatment of the structural crises of capitalism. The fascist system solves the problem of the falling rate of profit with open terror, the liquidation of working class organizations, the outbreak of wars, and the divisive power of fascist ideologies. In the 21st century, the fascist model applied in the first half of the last century has emerged worldwide.

-The Orbán regime’s reserves are running low, its power seems to be buckling. The unsuccessful ban on Budapest Pride has shown that they no longer have real power. Feeling their loss, the loss of their accumulated wealth, they are resorting to increasingly harsh means. The fascistizing system no longer hides its true nature.

-In the intensifying power struggle, Orbán is trying to rally behind himself the fascist voter base of several hundred thousand, which he has largely contributed to inflating. The weakening of social solidarity, the spread of xenophobia and prejudiced thinking, and the acceptance of dictatorship have been the goals of the state propaganda for a decade and a half.

-Orbán humiliatingly cuddles up with every dictator, he can kiss ass very enthusiastically, he has shown this many times. The US president, although he is not aware of this, is steering his country towards fascism, just like Orbán. Trump does not know what fascism is and what anti-fascism is, but he instinctively feels that anti-fascism stands in his way, which is why he is trying to criminalize it. And Orbán, following the example, wants to score more good points with Trump.

The government decree banning anti-fascism names groups that are legally incomprehensible and do not exist. There are indeed “anti-fascist groups”, many of them worldwide, although there is none in Hungary. Therefore, the policy must have an expansive scope, meaning that practically every political group, organization, or party that is not fascist can be classified as anti-fascist. The “hammerbande” named in the decree also does not exist, it is just a mocking nickname. Within the framework of the “criminal organization” created by the German state, they are trying to impose the most severe sentences possible on a few young people who, in mostly unprovable ways, beat up a few nazis. There are criminal law categories for assault – but that is not enough for the authorities, because if they were objective, then they would not be able to scare society with the anti-fascist boogeymen.

The anti-anti-fascist – and therefore fascist – decree was not only created to protect nazis, but to threaten the entire society. Anyone who does not want fascism is considered an enemy by the Orbán regime and ordered to be persecuted.

In the current situation, anti-fascism is needed even more than before!
